1. Registration

   • Is registration or subscription required for Directory?

     All you need is 1 user account with MOCCA and you will be able to access the Classifieds and Directory segments. Anyone can visit the site and search and browse listings at no cost at all.

     A registered MOCCA account is only required when you wish to submit a business listing.

   • Why you should register

     If you intend to list your business on Directory, you will have to register. Upon registration, you will get your own My Account page which will be your MOCCA dashboard - that is, your control centre for managing your MOCCA experience. This is where you will find details of your Profile, Classifieds ads, Directory listing, Shopfront and Inbox messages.

     If you just plan to search and browse the listings, we encourage you to register because certain features are only available to registered users. Also, the earlier you register, the better the chances of getting the username you want!

   • Choosing a Username and password

     You can use any username you want when you register. Your password has to be at least 6 alpha-numeric characters. No special characters, please.

   • Account activation and My Account

     Once you have registered, you will need to activate your account. We will send an email to your registered address with the activation link.

     If you do not see our email in your Inbox of the email you had registered with, please check your Spam or Junk mail folder. It could have been wrongly filtered by your browser or email program. (Some mail programs treat all automatically generated email as spam mail.)

     If you see the email but cannot see the activation link, your browser is most likely blocking it. If this is the case, you should find at the top of the email window an information bar which gives you the option of unblocking content in the email. Select that and you should then see the activation link. Just click the link and your MOCCA account will be immediately activated.

     When your account is activated, you will get your own My Account page which will be your MOCCA dashboard - that is, your control centre for managing your MOCCA experience. This is where you will find details of your Profile, Classifieds ads, Directory listing, Shopfront and Inbox messages.r MOCCA experience.    • Problems with registration

     If you have any problems during registration, please send an email with details of the problem to webmaster@mocca.com

   • If you forget your Username

     If you cannot remember your Username, or if you have any other problems with logging in, please send an email to webmaster@mocca.com

   • If you forget your Password

     If you cannot remember your password, click here to reset your password.

2. Submitting your business listing

   • How to submit a business listing on Directory

     You will need to register first. Registration will only take a minute or two. Once you are registered and your account is activated, you will get your own My Account page which will be your MOCCA dashboard or control centre. Login with your username and password and you will then be able to proceed.

   • Submitting your Free listing

     At the top of Directory's page you will find the 'Submit Free Listing' link. Your business listing will be verified before it's published.

     Note: If your company status is not active in ACRA, and if you do not provide sufficient or valid address and contact details, your submission will be deemed invalid.

   • Listing your business

     At the top of Directory's page you will find the 'List Your Business' link. Kindly allow 7 working days for your listing to be published after our verification and approval. You will receive an email notification once your listing is published.

     Note: If your company status is not active in ACRA, and if you do not provide sufficient or valid address and contact details, your submission will be deemed invalid.
     An administrative fee of SGD$50 will be deducted from your payment before a refund is made to you.

     For our Special Deal Package, the shopfront entitlement will be enabled after your listing has been verified and activated. Upon receiving the email notification, login to your MOCCA Account and click on My Shopfront tab to start your shopfront experience.
     STEPS:
     1. Check for an available shopfront name
     2. Choose a shopfront template
     3. EDIT your Shopfront and Catalogue Management
     4. PUBLISH your shopfront

3. My Account

   Your My Account page is your MOCCA dashboard or control centre. You can edit your your Profile, Classifieds ads, Directory listing, Shopfront and Inbox messages from here.

   • My Profile

     You can change your password, upload a picture of yourself, add additional information such as details about your company. The only field you cannot edit is your username.

   • My Classifieds

     • My Active Ads
       These are the ads that are live on MOCCA. You can view or edit each ad status.
       • View: This takes you to the ad.
       • Edit: You can only modify your ad within 3 days inclusive of date of posting, after which you will only be able to change the status of your ad.
     • My Draft Ads
       These are the ads that you have saved without publishing.
       • View: This takes you to the ad.
       • Edit: You can edit the ad whenever you want and however you want. You can completely reword the ad and upload a completely new set of pictures. After you have edited it, you can choose to publish or save it for later.
       • Delete: You can delete the draft ads that you do not wish to keep anymore.
     • My Inactive Ads
       All your inactive ads are stored here. You can view and republish them whenever you want.
     • My MOCCA Watchlist
       These are the ads you bookmarked while browsing. There is no limit to the number of other ads that you can bookmark. You can also compare Vehicle and Property ads in this section and delete these ads whenever you want.

   • My Directory

     You can edit your Paid business listing details except Company Name and BRN.

   • My Shopfront

     You can manage your shopfront, catalogue details and template design if you had purchased our Special Deal Package. Click here to view the details.

   • My Inbox

     All private messages from other registered members to you will be stored and managed here.

4. Search

   • How to search Directory

     There are 2 ways to search for listings.

     • You can do a keyword search across all of Directory
     • Browse Classification by letter
